Mountain Life Movement is currently offering group movement classes in two locations. These classes combine Pilates principles with functional movements and yoga-type flow. They aim to improve posture, muscle balance and core stability. We bring awareness to a specific region of the body each week, to help to build body awareness, one region at a time.
All classes are designed for all levels - no prior experience required.
Currently, classes are being offered at the Mountain Life Studio (Thursdays at 7:30pm), and at Mantra Spirit Studio (Wednesdays at 4:30pm).
